Information about your booking

Everything about your booking
On the day of arrival your room will be available from 3.00 pm until 11.00 am on the day of departure. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please send us a short message. Our reception is available for you daily by telephone from 8.00 am to 9.30 pm.
If you arrive before 3 p.m., you can visit our Alpen Adria Spa free of charge before you check into your room. After you have vacated your room on the day of departure, you can still use the wellness & spa area until 8.00 pm.
On request and subject to availability, you can use the room on the day of departure for a surcharge of € 40 per room. Please speak to us at reception about this. You can also use the spa area on the day of departure until 8.00 pm.
Supplements to the overnight stay price / package price per unit
- Double room for single use: € 25.00 per night
- Dogs / pets without food: € 15.00 per night
- Local tax from 16 years per night: € 2.70 per person/night
- Garage parking: € 10,00 per night

If you ever have to cancel...
- In the event of late arrival or early departure (e.g. due to illness, car breakdown, accident, bad weather...), the travel price minus 20% will be charged.
- Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 1 month before arrival
- up to 1 week before arrival 50% -
- thereafter 80% of the travel price will be charged

You can pay your total bill on departure in cash or with your ATM / Maestro card.
